· Measured amount of BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE, a QUATERNARY AMMONIUM biocide, recommended by WHO for the prevention of various viruses and bacteria, including the COVID-19 VIRUS. This biocide is commonly used as an antibacterial and sanitizer for food and beverage utensils in restaurants and hotels in Europe and the USA.

HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare SANIKLIN and 2 Microfiber cloths (1 for wet cleaning and 1 for drying)


2. Turn off the power or unplug the power cord


3. Remove food from the refrigerator


4. Shelving & Food and beverage storage > Remove, let them reach room temperature, then spray SANIKLIN onto a microfiber cloth and wipe and scrub one by one until clean. For some areas with heavier stains, spray SANIKLIN directly onto the surface and let it sit for about 1-3 minutes, then wipe/scrub until clean and dry.


5. Inside the refrigerator > Ensure that there is no more frost in the freezer area (it has melted). Spray SANIKLIN onto a microfiber cloth until it is sufficiently wet, wipe all parts until clean, then dry with a dry microfiber cloth.


6. Return the shelving and racks to the refrigerator, then return the food and beverages after sorting out what is still good.
