How to Use on Rusted Metal:
1. Clean dust with a soft wire brush.
2. RUST BUSTER can be applied by: dipping, brushing, or spraying.
3. Let the liquid sit for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the severity of rust on the surface. Use a brush if necessary.
4. Rinse with warm water after cleaning. Repeat the process if necessary.


How to Use on Concrete/Cement:
1. Apply directly to the area to be cleaned with a brush or pump-up spray. The cement SURFACE MUST be thoroughly saturated.
2. Allow the liquid to remain on the cement until its matrix becomes soft to the touch. The minimum recommended time is 20 minutes, but the treated cement can be left to react overnight. RUST BUSTER will continue to attack the cement matrix even after the foaming action has subsided.
3. After the concrete has softened, apply an additional amount and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
4. Clean the cement with a scraper. If cement is still present, reapplication may be necessary. The final application can be cleaned with power washing.
