All RAD COOL types offer the SAME corrosion & oxidation resistance, as they are formulated with modern OAT technology without solid materials, making them more stable & superior to conventional coolants that still use solid Nitrite, Sulfite, Phosphate, and Amine.



✅ COOLING: By raising the BOILING POINT, when the engine's hot temperature reaches 100°C (= water's boiling point), the water does not boil. The adverse effects of "boiling": it causes pressure that can lead to leaks, reduces water in the radiator thereby decreasing cooling capacity, and causes corrosion that damages the engine and seals.

✅ ANTI-CORROSION: Prevents corrosion & rust formation in the system.

✅ LUBRICANT: The Glycol content also functions as a LUBRICANT, lubricating moving pumps.

✅ ANTI-SCALE: Prevents sediment formation & solid buildup with excellent dispersion properties.

✅ ANTI-FREEZE: The Glycol property prevents freezing in very cold air where ice formation can occur.

✅ Protects rubber seals & is safe for aluminum & other metal types.



TIPS

1. Looking at the Boiling Point; for cars below 2,000 cc, RAD COOL 15 is safe & sufficient, as the boiling point difference is only 3°C. The Freezing Point can almost be ignored since Indonesia has a tropical climate.

   


2. If a car is < 2,000 Cc but frequently experiences:

   - Continuously high engine RPM due to frequent speeding

   - Heavy loads, many passengers/cargo

   - Heavy traffic, causing the car to idle for long periods without sufficient air circulation to aid cooling, it is recommended to use RAD COOL 30 or 50 if the conditions that make the engine work are expected to reach or exceed the boiling point according to the RAD COOL 30 table. The high concentration of RAD COOL 30 (above 15) & RAD COOL 50 (above 30) lubricant in it helps lubricate the pump to work well & last.
